I enjoyed the activity we participated in to explain targeting a market- ‘Bens Pots’. It was really quick-fire and made us work as a group to create a concept that sold the business well but was not overcomplicated. I would like to apply this same quick decision making process to my own work and consider the above points when creating my business.
We also looked at some of last year’s work from Level 2:
I remembered the SWOT analysis, but did not remember the Boston Matrix, so it was very useful to go back over this and keep these things in mind for my own business venture.
